Frequently Asked Questions
Can I meet you first?
Absolutely! I think it’s essential to meet first to make sure that I get on with your cat (and you, of course) and to get all of the information I need to deliver top-quality care while you’re away. To arrange a meet and greet, click any of the ‘enquire now’ buttons and send your postcode, the dates that you’ll be away, and what your availability is like.
How long of a drop in should I book?
I’m always happy to discuss this at the meet and greet!
Ultimately, it’ll depend on your cat and their needs, and having too much time is better than not enough! You can also book multiple drop ins per day (e.g. two 30-minute slots, for breakfast and dinner).
If you have three or more litter boxes, or your cat requires medication which can be difficult to administer, I would suggest a 60-minute drop in to ensure there is enough time to get it all done, and allow for some play time!
How far in advance should I book?
I can take bookings up to a year in advance, and typically recommend you book as soon as you know your holiday dates - especially if they’re during a busy time! I’ll take a 10% deposit to hold the dates you need, with the remaining amount to be paid in full at least 7 days before the service commences.
